Rock Bottom
Life is unpredictable. Its challenging, rough, and for sure
something we hadn’t pictured for ourselves.
Sometimes there are moments that make us question our
presence and we hardly know what we are doing where we are going and what is
next (if at all we see anything at that point).
We call it, Rock Bottom.
Thousands of years ago dinosaurs were extinct because they
couldn’t adapt to the changing weather. They resisted change and all of them,
thousands of them gone. Died.
The same is with us. We must change, adapt to whatever is
coming next. To whatever is happening now.
If we resist, we usually end up in places and situations
where we feel like sinking or rather falling from the sky.
In such situations we only need to ask ourselves, is this
what I want? Is this what I wished for myself.
The answer is a 100% NO.
Let me tell you a secret, a formula that will help you but,
only if you believe in it.
It is, “No one can change except you”.
Cliché, right? But, just think of all the people in your
life and then just that one person that you were actually able to change as per
your liking.
One? None?
So why waste your energy and why not spend some time with
yourself rather on yourself and lift yourself from where you are today and move
towards where you want to be.
Why not just let everything be what it is, except yourself? You
need to move; you are meant for much more that you can see or wish for at this
moment in your life. If you don’t roll with the change you will always be at
your sad, miserable Rock Bottom.
Now, the question is how do you change from what is and what
you want?
The first step is accepting who you are. Accept that this is
what the truth is and then start from there.
Just breath. You will be fine.
There were bad situations before this and will be after this
one too but, you just need to get through this one right now. One at a time,
not more.
Very true..
