Baby Steps

Have you ever felt that this is it, this is my breaking point and I am done. I can’t do it anymore, I give up. I know the answer is a 100% yes but, the point here is that you are still doing it, you are still living, you are reading this book so that you can find some direction. The point is, that you are not dead, and the life is still happening to you so why give up? Why surrender? Its okay to break at times, its okay to not feel like getting out of the bed, its ok to feel so sad that you can’t even eat but, this ends today. This ends now. You need to realize that the life around you is still happening. People are having fun and making the most of each day. You might be at a place where you feel that its not going to work for me but get up and move and feel the shift. Our mind is designed to believe. It believes what we see and experience. Different clocks

There are hundreds and thousands of people that we meet in our lifetime, some of them get inside our close circle and with most of them we only interact once in our life. We often look at people and feel a certain way because of what they have achieved, and we have not. It gives us a feeling of sadness, anger, frustration and even pulls us towards depression at times. Why? Why do we do this when we have been time and again told that each one of us has a different journey, a different path and a different destination. We rush ourselves just to prove something to the world or to fit inside a box that is not even what we want but, something that the world is expecting from us. Even when we are not aware of what we truly need we rush into things and end up in misery. A very basic thing here to understand is that, everyone is different. You are different. Do it

It’s a common saying “Action speaks louder than words”. These days we all hear a lot about positivity. Positive living, positive thinking and so on. But, how much good will only thinking do when you do not put it in action. You could think of anything in the world but what difference will it make if it is only limited to your mind and is not reciprocating in form of action. For instance, you think every day to get healthy, have a fit body and mind but, all you do is lay on the couch and think. Will it make any difference? Let’s take another example. You hate your current job and have been wanting to quit it for very long now but, instead of planning how to go about it you keep on investing in thinking and result in doing nothing. Will this help in anything but increasing stress? So, thinking good and positive is okay. Its fine but, you need to move it out of your mind and DO IT. You have to do it to make it real, you have to do it to achieve it, you have to do it to make...

Align yourself

Align yourself Many times, I would say almost daily there is a time when you say I am too tired to do this, meet someone or even give a call. Why? The answer is very simple either your body is tired, or your mind is. It is not necessary that you feel exhausted only when there is physical labor involved. Hours of thinking will also result in the same tiredness. When you want to do something but can’t because you are either physically or mentally exhausted, it creates fiction in your being. It makes it difficult to do things that you love and really want to devote your time to. To overcome this, you need to find the root cause of what is bothering you. If its physical, take proper medication and rest, if its psychological or emotional, sort that clutter and try to focus.   A simple exercise like breathing can help you align yourself almost instantly. We all share the same boat This day, this week, this month or perhaps all your life you have been asking yourself, why me? With this why comes a thought that its only me that is suffering, its only me that is alone and miserable but, it is far from what the reality is. The truth is, everyone on this planet has or will experience whatever you are feeling today. Nothing that has happened to you is unique in nature. Loosing someone, feeling depressed, not getting what you want, being betrayed. All of this and more has been part of human existence since the beginning. Circling back to the Why? Your brain was developed to hunt and survive in the initial days of mankind. Though the brain has evolved making you who you are today but, the foundation is still to survive and not live. Don't think positive.

Everyone sees walls around. Making a cage so concrete that we find it difficult to leap through. But,  we forget the power,  the strength, the ability buried deep inside to do something great, something magical, something fabulous. Life is hard. But,  sometimes we are harder on ourselves. We create blockages that truly don't even exist. We are in fear of things that are not even real. So,  take responsibility of your own life in your hands,  take ownership of your decisions. Don't think positive. Do positive because, action speaks louder than words. You may think positive for a day,  a week,  a month maybe but,  it is of no use if there is no positive action. One day

One Day  Anything can happen in one day. If you look back in your life, all things happened in one day. Rather they happened in one special moment.  It is not necessary that what happened was what you had asked for. For example... you were born in one day, you started walking in one day, you spoke for the first time in one day and you shall die in one day. I am not saying that there was no time spent behind in the process before that one day arrived, I am only stating that one day has the capability to bring something new to your life, something that was not there yesterday. You might have planned for it, you might have never thought of it but, it did happen in that one day.  My whole point here is, that you have the power to make each day count. You can turn your life around in one day.  So, when you wake up tomorrow think of all that is possible in this one day.  Make decisions that seem right to you but, you haven't had the guts to do ...

Everyone seems to be unhappy with you?

I shall begin by saying, try as hard as you wish, you could never please everyone. Abraham Lincoln said, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all of the time” We as humans have a tendency to try and be perfect, to try and be loved by everyone. We shall be dammed if someone displeases us. Why? Why do we put ourselves through this. The biggest thing that we think before we pursue anything is,  what will people think?? We need to understand that no matter what we do there will always be someone who will find some issue with it. No matter how perfect you try and make it, there will always be people to find faults in it. So stop trying to please them rather start living for yourself, love yourself. Negative Vibes

We often judge people in the first meeting. Basis on how they act, what they say and most importantly the tone that they use during the first conversation helps us decide if they are positive souls or negative ones. Is their aura pure or impure? Our vibes are defined by what we are in this life but the aura is something that is our subconscious behavior which is developed many lives ago. We can't do away with it but we can change it or add to it. Many a time we feel sad and depressed in our life not knowing what the reason is. These sudden changes in the mood are a reflection of the aura or the vibes we are surrounded with. How to do away with these? Well,  sometimes the people that give us such vibes may be our family or friends. Which makes it hard to just leave them and move on. In such cases, we need to make ourselves strong and keep moving forward towards a better life than what we will have if stick with such people. There is no harm in wanting a better...

HOPE

Dreams are today's answer to tomorrow's questions. -Edgar Cayce When I was in high school, during one of my assignments my class teacher wrote on my notebook. Dare to dream and your dreams will come true. This quote sticks with me till date. Dreams are what give you hope. Hope that one day it will all start making sense.  That it will for sure be what you want it to be. But what if you feel so let down and everything seems to be so wrong that such thoughts make no sense to you. You feel so broken and lonely deep down that nothing can comfort you. It is at such dark times that I ask you to be patient and not give up. Find the driving force in your life. Something that is powerful enough to keep you moving,  someone that is the reason for you to get up every day. Once you find this, you will start dreaming again and these dreams will give you hope and show you the path which you thought was lost forever. STAY STRONG .
