Align yourself
Many times, I would say almost
daily there is a time when you say I am too tired to do this, meet someone or
even give a call.
Why? The answer is very simple
either your body is tired, or your mind is. It is not necessary that you feel
exhausted only when there is physical labor involved.
Hours of thinking will also
result in the same tiredness. When you want to do something but can’t because
you are either physically or mentally exhausted, it creates fiction in your
being. It makes it difficult to do things that you love and really want to
devote your time to. To overcome this, you need to find the root cause of what
is bothering you. If its physical, take proper medication and rest, if its
psychological or emotional, sort that clutter and try to focus.
A simple exercise like breathing can help you
align yourself almost instantly. Inhale and count in your head till 5, then
exhale and count in your head till 5 (On speed that suits you), repeated this
until you feel settled. This doesn’t need to be done as meditation, it can be
done whenever and wherever you want.
Once you are aligned you will
regain clarity and confidence to do whatever you want to do. Aligning yourself
will bring you back to peace and you will be able to take better actions and
make better decisions.
Walk away from the things that
don’t mean to you and walk towards what you have been dreaming for.
