Restlessness

Some people procrastinate, others are always on their toes.
Then there are people like me who are always restless.

In our daily routine we keep doing the same work, week after week and month after month, only to realise that we are not doing anything productive.

We start criticizing ourselves and then keep on making plans with no deadlines and everything becomes so messed up like it was never before.

We again move into this weekly vicious cycle of nothingness and restlessness.

In this new world of COVID 19, it is hitting even harder, it is making people depressed, and taking the depressed ones to borderline threat. To themselves and others.
This destructive environment is pushing people to the edge.

So it's become very crucial to talk to one another.
Ask for help.
Offer help.
And most importantly just do nothing and listen.

Not just because the other person will be able to say what he or she is feeling but, also because this will help them feel in control.

The reason being that when you are bottling up with a lot of emotions and thoughts inside you, there comes a point where you feel highly imbalanced.

It seems as if nothing is in your control and there is no way you can get out of this.

Thus, when people are allowed to speak without interference there is a sense of control which pushes them up, for the first time in a long time they are able to share without any hesitation.

Allowing people to express freely can induce a sense of calm.

Again, Ask for help.
Offer help.
And most importantly just do nothing and listen.
