Do it


It’s a common saying “Action speaks louder than words”.
These days we all hear a lot about positivity. Positive living, positive thinking and so on. But, how much good will only thinking do when you do not put it in action. You could think of anything in the world but what difference will it make if it is only limited to your mind and is not reciprocating in form of action.

For instance, you think every day to get healthy, have a fit body and mind but, all you do is lay on the couch and think. Will it make any difference?
Let’s take another example. You hate your current job and have been wanting to quit it for very long now but, instead of planning how to go about it you keep on investing in thinking and result in doing nothing. Will this help in anything but increasing stress?
So, thinking good and positive is okay. Its fine but, you need to move it out of your mind and DO IT. You have to do it to make it real, you have to do it to achieve it, you have to do it to make it worth your time.

Its only then that you will be able to have what you have been asking for. Procrastinating will not help; it will only lead you towards stress and anxiety.
Remember, telling a child to that if he does something good, he will get a toffee or a cookie similarly for sticking to what you want, you need to try this very easy thing.

A very easy way to do it is to make a “to do” list every day and stick to it, once the task is completed reward yourself. The reward doesn’t have to be a big party or going crazy on your credit card. It can be as simple as spending time with yourself or your loved ones or taking a day off.
With this, you will be able to life a happier life with goals that you will be looking forward to fulfilling.
